<li>Priorisierung, Analysierung und Lösung von Incident- und Serviceanfragen</li>
<li>Sie sind regelmäßig in zentrale IT-Projekte eingebunden, übernehmen operative Arbeitspakete, führen projektbezogene Tests durch und arbeiten dabei eng mit dem Projektmanagement sowie den beteiligten Teams zusammen</li>
<li>Pflege der Stammdaten in den Logistikapplikationen</li>

<li>Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene IT?Berufsausbildung oder eine Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen.</li>
<li>Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld</li>
<li>Lösungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit, technische Probleme strukturiert und effizient anzugehen</li>
