HR Generalist (m/f/d)

The resource will be in charge of managing all the aspects related to personnel administration within the assigned area. Additionally, the resource will act as the main support for the HR Manager in all personnel processes and in all the following activities:

  • Independently manage all HR processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle, from hiring to offboarding, maintaining up to date all related documentation and compliance
  • Carefully maintain and manage internal HR policies, processes, and the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) coordinating with HR Manager and Corporate HR Dept
  • Independently manage monthly payroll process and act as focal point for external providers, such as health insurance providers and government agencies
  • Support in monitoring and analyzing local HR metrics (absenteeism, HC, FTE…), suggesting eventual process improvements coordinating with HR Manager and Corporate HR Dept
  • Serve as focal point for employees and applicants regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Organize and document local training and development sessions
  • Support in recruiting activities coordinating the relationship with eventual external providers and managing the internal tools (Applicant Tracking System)

Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the HR field
  • Excellent German language skills and good English skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with Planzeit and SAP SuccessFactors would be considered nice to have
  • Knowledge of local labor, income tax, and social security laws
  • Good communication skills, Accuracy, Time Management and Problem Solving mindset, Proactivity, Decision Making and Team work attitude
